GAME PLAY:
Become a Property Developer, Money is Limited so watch out for those unexpected Cost that may arise. Park your Car and Acquire your Access Property, Then the Land Parcels (Rear Gardens around the Property) and try to assemble a Complete Site. You can also try to Acquire other Land Parcels which your Opponents may Require, Once you have the Complete Site then No Other Player can Acquire any Parcels and you can Start to submit your Planning Application to the Local Council at the Town Hall. Then be the First to Build all your New Houses and Collect the Planning Permission Granted Token to Win the Game.
